Cristie discovered her love of teaching when she taught her first aerobics class in New York City in 1979. After getting married to her husband David, and starting a family, she continued teaching a variety of fitness classes. In 1999, she took a Pilates workshop and felt an instant connection and love for the practice. "It works every muscle in your body and leaves you feeling refreshed and invigorated." Cristie Anton became a certified instructor with STOTT PILATES® in 2002. She is certified in Intensive and Advanced Mat Level 2, Intensive Reformer Level 1, Advanced Reformer,and Cadillac, Chair and Barrels. Cristie has just completed the Injuries and Special Populations Course. She is working toward the specialty tracks of Athletic Conditioning and Post-Rehabilitation Conditioning. Her continuing education with STOTT ® PILATES courses and workshops keeps her knowledgeable and informed. Essential Reformer
This class is ideal for new and beginner level Pilates clients.
The class flows at a slower pace. We will focus on learning and practicing the fundamentals of Pilates techniques and exercises.

Reformer& Weights Interval
Get ready to bring the gym into your Pilates class. This class utilizes 2 sets of weights, pilates box, and ankle weights and Reformer.
This class is appropriate for ALL fitness levels. Heavy resistance training is essential to maintain strong healthy bones which is why we created this class.Weight training has many benefits and this is a fun way to do it!

Advanced Pilates Equipment
For a more experienced Pilates client, a physically and mentally more challenging workout. We use the different pieces of equipment, (i.e. Chair, Reformer, Cadillac and Barrels).
The advanced pilates work is fun and rigorous!

Reformer Condition & Tone
This class will flow and with pilates challenges. We will challenge the abdominals, while working legs, arms and back muscles. We will complete the workout with a standing series on the Reformer (great for balance and toning legs).

30 Minute Intro to Reformer
This class is a sample of Pilates Reformer.
We will teach you how to get on/off the reformer, how to change springs, and put the "feet in straps".
If you're curious about Pilates, this is your chance to experience our special studio.

Pilates Sculpt Reformer
Sculpt you body while having fun on the Reformer!
We will add free weights, toning balls and bands to increase muscular fatigue and get results.
This class format is best for clients who have consistently practiced Pilates or who have taken at least 10 Essential/Intermediate level classes.

Abs & Springs
Pilates workouts follow key principles and exercises that are threaded throughout all of the apparatus.
We perform those basics (i.e. hundred, roll-up, bridge, teaser, swan, push-up and side-leg series) in our Reformer Tower. We use the push-Through bar, springs, toning balls, and bands to strengthen and tone abs, arms and legs.

Bala Weights Express
This full body class is designed to music, incorporating ankle weights, free weights and a 15 lb Bala Barre.
Every class includes a balance segment while working weights.
Pump to the music while strengthening your body and improving bone density.
We will stretch at the end to ensure we build long, lean muscles.

Open House Circuit Class
Come celebrate our grand re-opening! We will do some Mat and some Barre for a wonderful time. Refreshments served after our class.

Reformer Jump Board Interval
An excellent way to include cardiovascular fitness into your Pilates Reformer routine is to include the Cardio-Tramp/Jump Board. The interval training segments on this workout help to improve aerobic capacity and core stability while strengthening your upper and lower body in a complete workout.
