CLASS CANCELLATIONS

We plan our schedule of classes with your specific needs in mind. Space is limited. We have a 12 hour cancellation policy for all classes.

Late cancellations and "no-shows" mean that others cannot attend. As many classes have a wait-list, unless we have been notified, these people will be disappointed.
By late canceling , you're releasing your spot to potentially go to someone else. Simply open your app and "late-cancel". 



PRIVATES CANCELLATION POLICIES

You are free to early cancel your individual session up to 24 hours before your appointment time. If you need to cancel your session inside the 24 hour window, you lose your session. This is simply to protect our instructors, their teaching time and schedule.

*Semi-Privates: If you are in a semi-private and your partner cancels prior to the 24-hour time limit you may upgrade to a private to keep the appointment.

APPOINTMENTS & SCHEDULING

  1. We require all appointments be paid in advance. Please visit Mindbodyonline.com, search Underground Pilates/Bay Area Pilates TX and preregister. You can also call us at (281) 318-5559.
  2. To better understand your fitness level and train you on the equipment, we request new students of Bay Area Pilates to do a minimum of 3 Private-Intro sessions.

PAYMENT POLICIES

We accept payment in cash, check or major credit cards. 
 
All pre-paid classes and private sessions are not refundable. We will gladly give you a studio credit.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

  1. We request you to wear studio socks with grips. It keeps the studio sanitary and clean! You can wear your own or we have several styles for sale at the studio.
  2. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
  3. For your safety, please refrain from chewing gum!
  4. Please keep your phone on silent. You may keep your phone near you if you are expecting a call.
  5. Please wear tight clothing, oversized shirts restrict us from seeing your body and correcting form.
  6. Please wipe down your equipment after the session.
  7. Before beginning any exercise program, it is best to consult with your physician.
  8. The more you come the more you benefit! Clients who come 3-4 times a week see great results.
