STUDIO ETIQUETTE

1. We request you to wear studio socks with grips. It keeps the studio sanitary and clean! You can wear your own or we have several styles for sale at the studio.
2. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
3. For your safety, please refrain from chewing gum!
4. Please keep your phone on silent. You may keep your phone near you if you are expecting a call.
5. Please wear tight clothing, oversized shirts restrict us from seeing your body and correcting form.
6. Please wipe down your equipment after the session.
7. Before beginning any exercise program, it is best to consult with your physician.
8. The more you come the more you benefit! Clients who come 3-4 times a week see great results.

PAYMENT POLICIES 

We accept payment in cash, check or major credit cards. There is a $30 return check fee.
 
All pre-paid classes and private sessions are fully transferable but not refundable.

SESSION CANCELLATIONS

We like to think of your scheduled workout time as an event -planned just for you! We prepare and set up equipment with you in mind. A minimum of a full 24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment without charge. Client cancellation of less than 12 hours before your scheduled appointment is an automatic forfeit of your session.

*Semi-Privates: If you are in a semi-private and your partner cancels prior to the 24-hour time limit you may upgrade to a private to keep the appointment, but if your partner cancels less than 12 hours before the appointment they automatically lose their session. You will still keep the session and train at your scheduled time.

2. To better understand your fitness level and train you on the equipment, we request new students of Bay Area Pilates to do a minimum of 3 Private-Intro sessions.
