Kami has always loved the body and the way it moves. She received a BS in Kinesiology and her Physical Therapist Assistant Certification. She then worked in the physical therapy department at Methodist Hospital for 12 years. She loved it!

Kami has taken pilates for over 20 years. A few years ago decided she wanted to teach Pilates. Kami completed a comprehensive, 450+ hour Pilates teacher training program, and is certified by Pilates Sports Center in an array of apparatuses, including: Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, and Wunda Chair.
