Bala Barre + Reformer
Pilates is a great compliment to any athletic conditioning program.
Benefits of Pilates Reformer are:
Builds Core Strength
Improves Mental Focus
Develops Agility & Flexibility
Aids in Recovery & Improves Body Function
Reduces the Risk of Injury
-
Reformer & Barre Interval
This is a full body sculpting session! We will transition between the Reformer and Barre for work on arms and legs. Get ready to finish off with tummy-tightening abs on the Reformer.
(this is an easy-to-follow choreographed workout set to music)

Reformer Jump Board Interval
An excellent way to include cardiovascular fitness into your Pilates Reformer routine is to include the Cardio-Tramp/Jump Board. The interval training segments on this workout help to improve aerobic capacity and core stability while strengthening your upper and lower body in a complete workout.
