Chair & Reformer Challenge

Kim Burgoon-Luchs

Kim has been active through most of her life, starting with dance when she was young. She first came across Pilates when she took mat classes at a summer dance workshop while in high school. She received her BFA in Dance from the University of Oklahoma.
She is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) and Balance Body Comprehensive Pilates Instructor.
Kim is a self-described “Pilates nerd” and loves learning new concepts and approaches to Pilates and kinesiology. She’s very passionate about teaching and loves helping others in any ways she can.
This intermediate workout improves muscular performance by focusing different movement patterns. These exercises target the core , upper and lower body strengthening as they challenge balance and stamina.  We will end with some Reformer legs and arms to compliment the workout.
This is a challenging and fun workout!
