We are a full-service studio located at the center of Friendswood. We have Reformers, Stability Chairs, and Pilates Tower classes. We instruct private and semi-private instruction with individualized workouts to achieve our clients' needs and goals. Our group classes offer challenging workouts on a wide range of variety and equipment.
Our instructors are fully trained on all of our pilates equipment. We are certified and continue to study and learn in order to serve our clients' needs. We focus on proper form and technique while executing movements so our clients achieve the best benefits and results.
