Pam

Pam started teaching fitness in college and raised her 4 children while teaching a variety of classes such as step, aquatics, weight training, TRX and low-impact aerobics in Baton Rouge. She is new to the Houston area. She has been a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor through the American Council of Exercise for 25 years.
A recent back injury had sidelined her and she rediscovered Pilates.
She completed both STOTT Pilates Mat & Reformer training fall of 2016.


Pam instructs the following:
  • Booty-Burn&Sculpt Reformer Class
  • For a sculpted, seriously sexy butt try our "Booty Burn" Reformer Class. It consists of 45 minutes of booty burning exercises then concludes with relaxing stretch for the lower body. These are really tough exercises and will have to introduce them slowly to increase strength appropriately. Also included will be upper body exercises. 

  • Booty Burn Express

  • Cardio Barre
  • Get ready to sweat! This high intensity Barre class keeps you moving the whole hour with 35 minutes at the barre and 25 min on the mat. A great full body work out incorporating stamina and endurance intervals.

  • Core Conditioning
  • This Pilates Mat workout challenges and guides you through strength building and muscle toning exercises. Ultimately leading to a strong, sculpted and streamlined body, this routine uses the Exercise Mat, Arc Barrel, Fitness Circle®, Toning Balls™, Flex-Band® and Maple Pole. Each piece of equipment is designed to build core stability, improve balance and enhance neuromuscular coordination.


  • Springs for the Cure
  • This is a great opportunity to work, sweat, lengthen and tone for cure!  We use spring  (either Spring Wall or Reformer) equipment to have an invigorating, toning class. All proceeds will benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Suggested donation is $20.00
